Hola, I’m Raquel - therapist, coach, Reiki practitioner, and eternal student of healing.

Rooted in culture, spirit, and purpose, I help people reconnect to themselves through therapy, coaching, and energy work.

My Journey: Healing as a Calling

Even as a little girl, I knew I was meant to help people feel better. I was always tuned into how others were feeling—especially when they were hurting. I’d go out of my way to make someone smile, and nothing made me happier than seeing others find a little light in their day.

As I got older, I began to understand how my own life experiences and trauma shaped this desire to support others. I’ve spent years on my own healing journey, learning how to come back home to myself - mind, body, and spirit. And it’s from that space that I now guide others.

Today, I’m building a life led by alignment, intuition, and care. I’m not perfect (none of us are), but I’m committed to showing up for myself so I can show up for you.

Living, Learning, and Expanding

In 2025, I made the decision to live and work abroad—spending time between the Dominican Republic and Mexico. Immersing myself in these beautiful cultures and connecting with the land has deepened my connection to self, nature, and community.

This season of life is all about expansion. I’m pushing past my comfort zones, learning new skills (hello, swimming lessons 🏊🏽‍♀️), and embracing the unknown with curiosity and trust. It’s proof that growth never has an expiration date - and that it’s never too late to become more of who you truly are.

Professional Path + Purpose

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Adelphi University and have over a decade of experience supporting hundreds of clients in therapy and coaching spaces.

I’m trained in:

• Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

• Holistic Life Coaching

• Reiki Energy Healing (Master level)

In my practice, I blend evidence-based therapeutic techniques with spiritual tools to support the whole person. Whether it’s through processing trauma, building self-worth, or moving stuck energy, my goal is always to help you feel more connected to yourself.
